SheLeads continued with another substantial and interactive webinar session titled “The Career Advice You Probably Didn’t Get,” bringing forward refreshing and thought-provoking perspectives on career development and workplace navigation, and how these elements intertwine and connect with the journey of female leadership.
The session was enriched by Prof. Dr. Hasniza Zaman Huri, the Deputy Vice - Chancellor (Academic & International) of Universiti Malaya (UM) setting an inspiring tone for an engaging and insightful discussion.
Participants were engaged throughout the session moderated by Miss Nadia Hassan, a senior broadcast journalist at The Edge Communications Sdn. Bhd. as the speaker, Miss Stephanie Wong, a member of the Executive Search team of Korn Ferry Malaysia, shared practical insights and real-world advice that are rarely covered in conventional career guidance. The discussion encouraged attendees to take on a new approach to reinventing themselves and their career paths, providing them with practical strategies and actionable insights to excel as impactful female leaders.
The inspiring session concluded with closing remarks by Prof. Dr. Harshita Aini, Director of AKEPT, who shared similar insights and reflections on the importance of continuous growth and empowering female leadership.
