PROGRAMME SYNOPSIS
In complementing academic leaders in the governance of universities are the senior administrators who run the management of set ups within the system. The roles played by senior administrators are to advice, to manage, to provide facts and figures on policies and management of data that are crucial to the universities. It is important for senior administrators to obtain competencies that can facilitate them to engage in their roles more effectively and efficiently. This programme is designed for exchange of experiences among incumbents and senior administrators who are highly potential to capture knowledge and competencies that strengthen leadership drive and capacity to mobilise strategic leadership roles and responsibilities.
PROGRAMME FOCUS
• To strengthen competencies required by senior administrators such as understanding bigger perspective about their leadership roles and managerial roles; and
• To enhance leadership persona as well as master knowledge and skills that are relevant for senior administrators to balance their functions strategically and tactically.
